Chicken Wings are one of those meats that might sound intimidating to make but are actually easy, fast and delicious.
Once you try it you will probably ask yourself why you hadn’t been making them all along.
Something that I’ve learned over the years is that I can’t let intimidation stand in the way of making good food for my friends and family.
Sure, every once in a while something might not turn out. But having confidence in the kitchen (or in this case- the grill) is half the battle!
So what are you waiting for? Go grab the ingredients right now because you will want to whip these wings up tonight.
Ingredients
3-4 lbs of chicken wings
1-2 Tbsp corn starch
Rubseasoning of your choice
1/2-1 Cup cup of buffalo sauce
Instructions
Preheat smoker or grill to high heat (400-500 degrees) Make sure chicken wings are thawed.
Place them in a bowl and combine with 1-2 Tbsp corn starch. (This will help then stay crispy).
Sprinkle on rub of your choice until wings are evenly seasoned.
Add wings to grill and add some more rub to them.
Cook them for 15-25 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 170-175 degrees.
Place cooked wings in a bowl and add 1/2-1 Cup cup of buffalo sauce.
Toss wings and enjoy immediately.
